Professional Development

The Graduate School of Arts and Sciences and the School of Engineering both offer a variety of professional development opportunities to give you skills for both academic and non-academic pursuits. They are designed to enhance the training offered through departments.

In addition to school-specific professional development programming, there are a number of resources open to graduate students in both schools. 

Graduate School of Arts and Sciences

School of Engineering - Graduate Programs

We provide a variety of professional development opportunities to give you skills for both academic and non-academic pursuits. They are designed to enhance the training offered through departments. 

Local children spend an afternoon giving feedback to first-year Engineering students in Research Assistant Professor Ethan Danahy's robotics class during a toy testing session in the Nolop FAST (Fabrication, Assembly, Simulation and Testing)
