Tufts Gordon Institute's MS in Innovation & Management (MSIM) is a fast-paced, full-time graduate program that provides you with the business, leadership, and entrepreneurial skills you need to jump-start your career and make an impact in the world through technology, all in as little as one year.
The MSIM program is built around three semesters we call Innovation Sprints, made up of 30 total course credits. These intensive team projects immerse students into the entire innovation cycle:
All of which are supported by hands-on courses and coaching by industry-expert faculty.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the innovation lifecycle through Innovation Sprints, learn the language of business, develop leadership skills and emotional intelligence, expand your network in the innovation hub of Boston, and choose electives that match your personal interests and career goals.
Student may choose to stay an additional semester to extend an internship, work on their venture or slow down the pace of the program. Students may also deepen their technical expertise with our Dual Degree program, which combines the MSIM with a technical engineering master's degree offered by Tufts School of Engineering.
In a time of rapid technological and societal change, Tufts MSIM will prepare you to drive the development of new innovations, lead teams, and propel your career to new heights.
Make things happen and leverage your technical skills to shape the future of our world while finding solutions to the toughest challenges. Gain the in-demand product innovation, marketing, finance and management skills you need to be a leader.
Whether you aspire to work in new product development, technology strategy, business or data analytics, product management, or even launch your own venture, the MSIM program prepares you to shape the world through innovation.
