Environmental Engineering Policy and Planning (M.S.)
The joint master's program offered by the Department of Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning (UEP) and the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Tufts prepares a new generation of leaders – ‘practical visionaries’ – who will contribute to the development of inclusive and sustainable communities.
A joint degree consists of one master's degree awarded by two graduate departments when a student meets the core master's requirements of both departments.

Fall: January 15
Students electing a joint degree option must be accepted by both departments and are expected to meet the requirements set by each program. A student may submit one application to the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences for the joint degree option.
